Shipping & Returns

We offer returns for either store credit, a refund in the original form of payment, or an exchange for a different size or color. If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.noceur-ny.com, please send us a request for a return authorization within 14 days of the delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.

- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

- We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.
- We strictly do not accept returns that have been worn for press and styling purposes including photoshoots.

- Returns must be returned with any additional gifts included with your purchase for a full refund. If gifts are unreturned, we will charge you for these items, which will be deducted from your refund.

- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.

- Noceur by Natalia Yalman reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.

Please note that customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the customization details are correct. No cancellation nor alteration may be made once a customized order has been placed. It is not possible to request customization for items after an order has been placed or delivered.
Please note that we can only accept exchanges from the country to which the shipment was sent.

The Noceur by Natalia Yalman packaging must not be used as the external parcel for the shipment. If the item does not fit these requirements the item will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender. No parcel returned as cash on delivery shipping shall be accepted, whatever the reason. The costs and risks pertaining to the return or exchange of Product(s) are borne by the sender.

STORE CREDIT
We happily issue store credit in the form of a gift certificate. Simply use your unique gift certificate code for payment at checkout on your next order with us! Store credit does not expire.

EXCHANGES
We will accommodate an exchange for items purchased on www.noceur-ny.com the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of the returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge on both domestic and international orders (orders being shipped to customers). A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.

Once the exchange item is received at the Noceur by Natalia Yalman studio, we will send out your exchange request as soon as possible while notifying you of new tracking. Noceur by Natalia Yalman covers exchange shipping free of charge on domestic orders only on packages being sent back to Noceur by Natalia Yalman.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges returning back to Noceur by Natalia Yalman. International customers interested in a return for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs. Noceur by Natalia Yalman is not responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages. DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately at inquiries@nataliayalman.com 

RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by UPS will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three times before canceling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you received it.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on, Noceur by Natalia Yalman as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of color will be completely accurate.
Authorized returns must be shipped using the carrier suggested by www.noceur-ny.com in the return instructions email. www.noceur-ny.com reserves the right not to accept returns if the customer tenders the box to a different carrier and in case the delivery of the parcel entails extra costs for www.noceur-ny.com or involves the collection to one of the carrier’s branches. www.noceur-ny.com reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been properly authorized or sent not in accordance with the return policy of www.noceur-ny.com. In these cases, Noceur by Natalia Yalman can return the box to the sender at the original shipping address. In case, Noceur by Natalia Yalman accepts returns that were not authorized or not in compliance, Noceur by Natalia Yalman can withhold 10% of the value of the returned item from the refund.

TAX AND DUTIES

The prices of products are expressed in USD inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.

The Prices of Products are expressed in USD, inclusive of taxes and excluding customs duties, for orders outside of Turkey that shall be borne by the Customer.

For orders outside of Turkey:

All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price. Noceur by Natalia Yalman cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

Noceur by Natalia Yalman cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage of the parcel. Parcels for which the Customer’s identification (surname, first name, address, and return code) is not possible shall be refused.
